as you know the practical exam is over, i am considered to be super free at the moment except that i am studying hard for theory exam this coming tuesday. was a little too confident about it till i did the past year paper which isnt as straight forward and as easy as basic =x oh well i will just study smart and yet i wanna make sure i remember and know everything so that when ppl ask me stuff about pastry i can tell them the answer confidently =x keke..this is not 'hao lian (aka showing off or being arrogant)' but professionalism. *ahem*
After this semester, I will have 3 weeks off from school. of course i will not take a break from baking! i promise i will post at least 1 baking experiment a week =x i will like to bake as much as i can however, like i always complain, it all boils down to money...money money money.. how can it rule my life -.- oh sadness...
also, dieting is back. hope 5kg will be gone gone gone within this month.. we shall see if i am that determine =x
oh not forgetting, since i have much more time, i will bring my darling camera around and snap snap some artsy fartsy photos wherever i go ok? :) hope i will be able to do daily post on them so my blog will not be all that so boring :)
sorry no pics for today and also all the above except dieting will start right after my theory exam. wish me luck. i wanna get 10/10 for the paper.. i know typical kaisu (aka afraid to lose) Singaporean =x since can score why not? =x
