i finally made my very first chicken soup. it was really good. never thought i can make such good soup =x haha..


21 Apr 2011 - Demo & Practical 6
This is the stressful practical that i had sort of talked about in my previous post. it was really really depressing. the ultimate. however, i had gathered myself together again hence i am fine :) no worries.

i love the tart. the apple filling was not too sweet and the sourness of the apple was still in tact even though it was being cooked in butter and sugar for quite a long time. i love it. did i said it already. haha..

Well for practical 6 we learnt about Pate Sucree which i think i had previously talked about hence i shan't repeat myself :)

we had a break after the demo and we went to lunch at the famous fish and chips restaurant located just in front of school. it wasnt too bad but i prefer fish & co. haha


 followed by the depressing practical lesson :( but the outcome of hte tart was yummy so i shan't complain much about myself.


:) my host family finished the entire tart.
